Terms & Conditions

1. This certificate entitles the recipient to two nights of hotel lodging at one of the locations described (subject to availability and certain restrictions listed below). To be eligible for this offer, you must be 21 years of age or older. A husband and wife or cohabitants must travel together to use this certificate. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges and room tax. This offer is available to US residents only.

2. When requesting your hotel accommodations, a $50.00 refundable room deposit will be required. Reservation requests must be postmarked a minimum of 45 days prior to your first desired travel date. Please note that while advance notice is recommended, correspondence is not issued until 30 to 35 days prior to your arrival date.

3. When your reservations are confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation with your check-in instructions and directions to the property.

4. Your confirmation letter and two forms of identification (drivers license and a major credit card-no debit cards) must be presented upon check-in.

5. This vacation offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay in their parents' room for $10 per child payable to Mini Vacations, Inc. with your room deposit.

6. This certificate expires on the date listed on the back of this certificate. Travel must be completed by the expiration date.

7. Check in days vary according to location. Certain peak times and locations may be extremely limited. Myrtle Beach, Maine, Massachusetts, Wisconsin Dells, and Atlantic City are limited during June, July and August. All accommodations are in a hotel or motel in the resort area.

8. This certificate is valid for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, taxes, meals or any other miscellaneous expenses. Mini Vacations, Inc., its agents, assignees or designees act independently of the hotels and not as agents or employees thereof, and will not assume responsibility for any loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the services provided by the hotels

9. To reschedule or change a confirmed reservation, there is a $25.00 fee. If you do not show up for a confirmed reservation, or cancel 72 hours prior to check-in, you will forfeit your $50 deposit. This certificate may be transferred to a 3rd party (prior to booking) as a gift offer only, providing the terms and conditions are met by the person using the vacation. 10. Written notice of cancellations to a confirmed reservation must be received 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your refundable deposit. If this offer becomes unavailable to Mini Vacations, Inc., Mini Vacations, Inc. has the option to substitute another travel incentive of equal or greater value

11. Two or more vacation certificates may not be used consecutively. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. if utilizing more than one Mini Vacations, Inc. vacation certificate within the same year, departure dates must be at least 30 days apart and you cannot travel to the same location twice with this program or in conjunction with any other program. After completing travel, request a refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your reservation letter and hotel check-out statement to: Mini Vacations, Inc., 410 Ware Blvd, 9th Floor, Tampa, FL 33619. Please include with your refund request a self-addressed envelope, which will assist us in retuning your deposit to the appropriate address.

12. This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable. It cannot be sold to the end-user without expressed written consent of Mini Vacations, Inc. and cannot be redeemed for cash. This offer is not valid for group travel or for attending a convention (no exceptions).

13. This vacation offer is not valid where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Mini Vacations, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

14. You must select a destination in your certificate that is located at least 100 miles away from your residence.
